To celebrate the event of its tenth birthday, the Gallery de l'Ancienne Poste wished to devote more space to its exhibitors. For this year 2007, each exposure will join together a trio of artists made up of a ceramist founder member of association and of two guests. Claude Champy was born in 1944 in Plaisir (Yvelines) where he builds his first furnace with wood in 1972 and install his first workshop in 1973. Previously, he studies at the École Nationale Supérieure of the Trades of Art of Paris of 1964 to 1968; he binds to his friendship in particular with Bernard Dejonghe, who will become also a figure of ceramics contemporary... more >> (in French)
